Lanarkshire Catering School was established in January 1990 and approved charitable status in 1995. The Catering School has gone on to become one of Scotland’s leading centres in the delivery of qualifications within the Catering and Hospitality Industry.
The catering and hospitality industry is the country’s fifth largest employer and includes restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs, hotels, contract catering and hospitality services. All our courses are taught by expert tutors who bring their industry experience to their teaching.
