This one-day course is fun, participative and addresses all learning styles allowing participants to absorb and retain key messages.
It is suitable for all individuals either employed in, or who want to enter, customer-facing roles. It can also be used as a refresher course for all staff, especially if the business is looking continuously at improving customer retention and seeing immediate results.
A multiple-choice same-day test is completed and marked on site.
