This half day course is an introductory course to moving and handling if you are commencing work for the first time or returning to the workplace and is a suitable refresher training qualification for safe manual handling.
The qualification is designed to help you understand and recognise the importance of going about moving and handling activities correctly for your own safety and for ensuring a safer working environment.
